WEAR SYSTEMTECHNICAL FIELDThe present invention relates to a wear part system comprising a wear part holder and a wear part as well as a wear part system.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION, PROBLEMS AND PRIOR ART Various forms of dredging devices, such as summer dredgers, buckets or other types of machinesfor, mainly under water, excavating or otherwise processing or moving material or sediment using usually teeth or other replaceable wear parts or tools mounted on the cutter head, bucket or tool used to process or move the material. For machines designed to machin the material or sediment, there is in most cases wear on the teeth with which the machine is equipped. The teeth are made to be able to be replaced by post-wear and the teeth are designed to process or cut the material or sediment that is processed by the machine in different ways.
A wear part such as a tooth is mounted on the machine, such as a cutter head on a dredger, by, for example, screw joints or wedge joints, various forms of thermal mounting such as welding or shrink joints are other pitcher mounting methods. The tooth can be mounted on a single-part holder or tool holder and replacement cellcontinuously. Forces acting on the wear part, the tool, affects the wear part holder and after a long-term use, the wear part holder may also need to be replaced. Traditionally, the wear part holder is welded, or mounted with another thermal jointing technique, to the cutter head. But it is also conceivable that the wear part holder is mounted withscrew joints, wedge joints or other mechanicalmounting method. It also happens that the tooth is mounteddirectly towards the cutter head.
Patent document WO 2010/1110105 A2 describes a locking system for locking a stabilized denture to an adapter. The patent document describes a substantially hollow dentition made with a first opening and a second opening in which the openings are made in the grooves of the dent in which an extinction is made to enclose an adapter. cavity. When the digging tooth is arranged on the adapter, a mounting hole is defined by the first opening of the digging tooth, the cavity of the adapter, and the second opening of the digging tooth through which a locking pin can be mounted. The locking pin is mounted through the first opening, through the adapter and into the second tooth opening. The described digging tooth is made with two holes for mounting the locking pin, which means that the digging tooth is susceptible to abrasive, or other erosive or abrasive, impact of sediments with abrasive character as at workwith the toothpick will wear on the locking pin and mounting holes.
U.S. Patent No. 5,956,874 discloses a denture device providedwith a pocket with an inner, an upper, a lower and two opposite side walls with two substantially parallel contact surfaces to prevent rotation of the trench teeth around the holder of the trench tooth. The described digging tooth is made with two holes for mounting the locking pin, which means that the digging tooth is sensitive to abrasive, or other erosive or abrasive, effects of sediment-bearing nature which when working with the digging tooth comeswear on the locking pin and mounting holes.
Knowing teeth for dredging have been shown to be sensitive pre-processing or dredging of sediment with abrasivecharacter.
The invention relates to solving the above problems through the development of a tooth with improved protection against wear from sediment made with a simple detachable weld for fixing a tooth / wear part to a wear part holder on asecurely, easily and permanently sat.

The first contact surface 21, the second contact surface 22, the third contact surface 42, the fourth contact surface 42 and the fifth contact surface 24 meet the corresponding contact surfaces in the wear part 3 when the wear part 3 is arranged on the wear part holder 4. In the same way the first part surface 23, secondstop surface 31, third stop surface 32, fourth stop surface 33 as wellthe fifth stop surface 25 meet corresponding stop surfaces arranged13in the wear part 3 when the wear part 3 is arranged, againstwear part holder 4.or mounted,The contact surfaces, the first contact surface 2l, 22, the third contact surface 4l, the fifth contact surface 24,second contact surface springed contact surface 42 and then arranged to meet the forces considered against the wear part 3 when the wear part is used for dredging or other processing. When the wear part 3 meets the material being processed, the main part of the forces comes from the wear part 3,processing, meet the fifth contact surface24, the primary contact surface, on the wear part holder 4. It is thus relevant that the fifth contact surface 24 is relatively large to establish a large contact between the wear part 3 and the wear part holder 4 to enable force transmission from the wear part 3 to the wear part holder 4.
Furthermore, the stop surfaces, the firstthe stop surface 23, the second stop surface 31, the third stop surface32, the fourth stop surface 33, and the fifth stop surface 25 are arranged to define the correct position between the wear part 3 and the wear part holder 4. Other surfaces, clearance surfaces, are arranged to enable device andremoval, such as assembly and disassembly, of the wear part 3to the wear part holder 4.
According to a preferred embodiment, when the wear part 3 is worn for a year and needs to be replaced, the lock 2 is disassembled by loosening the mounting nut 13 and moving it on the walking rod 11 so that the elastomer 12 is released. The then mounting nut 13 is moved to a door so that the lock 2 can be released, the lock is lifted out of the lock holder 6 and the hook 10 can be moved out of the opening 5. The wear part 3 can then be removed from the wear part holder 4. The lock 2 can then be used again to mount a wear part 3 to a wear part.elastic, the mounting nut l3 can be completely removed, after which itIn the event that the elastomer l2 loses its first washer 14, the elastomer 12 and the second washer 15removed from the walking bar. Then reassemble14the second washer 15, a new elastomer 12, the first washer 14 after which the mounting nut 13 is re-threaded onthe walking bar 11.
EMBODIMENT EXAMPLESAn example of a design of wear part system 1 consists of a lock 2, where the lock 2 is arranged between a wear part 3 and wear part holder 4 and locks the wear part 3 to the wear part holder 4. Each tool or tool, for example a cutter head, has a plurality of wear part systems 1 mounted on the tool. According to one embodiment, the wear members 4 are welded to the cutter head and are jug-mounted from the cutter head in the event that the wear holder 4 needs to be replaced. The wear part system 1, and thus the locking system 2, can be adapted to all sizes of wear parts 3 and all types of applications, teeth, back teeth, wear part system and tools. Tåndernakan is continuously replaced by the operator of the dredging plantin a safe and easy way.
ALTERNATIVE EMBODIMENTSIn an alternative embodiment, other devices for locking the wear part 3 to the wear part holder 4 can be used, for example different forms of wedge joints or other variantsof screw joints.
